System and Process-Improvement: Analyze agencies ability to collect
quality data and develop a strategy to increase the ease and quality of data
Open and Accountable Government: Make meaningful and timely performance
information accessible to the public.
Data-Informed Management: Support the ability for policy makers
and managers to use accurate and timely information to inform decision-making
and day-to-day management of county functions.
