Prior to her being appointed as Community Services Department Director, Robin Chalhoub served as Associate Director of the Community Services Department for five years and the Human Services Department for a year. Robin also worked at the County Library as the Education & Development Manager.

Robin is a graduate of Baylor University. She holds a Master’s of Arts in Anthropology from BYU, a Master's of Education in Instructional Technology and Library Science from USU, as well as an SHRM Senior HR Professional Certification. She has been an Adjunct Professor of Anthropology at Salt Lake Community College for over ten years.
