Days and Times:
Core and Strength: We use the principals of yoga and Pilates to help develop better balance, greater range of motion, strength through our movement and body awareness to hold posses.
Part of class is performed standing, part is done from a sitting position in a chair. We never let our feet leave the floor and we never go all the way down to the floor. You can choose use chair for support when standing or try with out.
