Days and Times:
HIIT High Intensity Interval Training at 7:30 PM.Healthy Movement at 8:00 PM is designed to help you do what you love better whether you are a high school athlete, age group competitor or just someone who wants to age well. We will use self assessment, myofascial release and corrective exercises to help with stability and mobility.
