This format combines the best of weight room lifting and group exercise. A popular conditioning and strengthening class for all ages, both male and female. With the use of weighted bars and hand weights, one stands to develop strength and muscle mass, endurance, balance, and flexibility.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00-9:00 AM and 9:00-10:00 AM w/ Bethne
- Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30-7:30 PM w/ Paula
- Saturdays at 9:00-10:00 w/ Paula
