Multipurpose Room/ Upstairs Track
A class where you can get your heart up by walking a few laps, we’ll periodically stop to do some gentle tone work of the upper body using bands, balls, or our own body weight. To improve function and movement of the shoulders, back muscles, Traps, bi’s and Tri’s/ We also may do some lower body tone work using bands, balls, tubes, stairs, or our own body weight. To improve the strength, function, and movement of the hips, glut’s, hamstrings, quad’s, calf’s, feet and ankles.
