Kidding Around Yoga (KAY) provides an amazing curriculum designated to motivate children to be active, build confidence, and manage the spectrum of emotions that they experience in their day-to-day activities. KAY is stress management for kids! KAY is a fun program with fun and original music, and all of the traditional benefits of yoga: meditation, breathing techniques, peace and deep relaxation.
Each class we will continue to grow our skills, and build off of what we have learned
The dates vary each month due to holidays and school breaks.
- 12:45-1:30 pm (Preschool 3-4 year olds)

- 1:00-2:00 pm PreK and Kindergarten
- 2:30-3:30 PM Kindergarten thru 2nd grade
