Lesli has been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 Years. She has a variety of experiences with many types of group classes as well as working with a broad range of clientele with different goals. Specialty areas of continuing education include senior programming of those dealing with pre-existing conditions such as shoulder, knee, and back issues. Her most recent accomplishment is passing the Exercise Specialist Program by the Bio-Mechanics Method. This program is a revolutionary approach to chronic pain relief. It centers around a structural assessment that identifies poor alignment and body mechanics that negatively affect muscles and soft tissue which may cause pain, discomfort and/or lack of range motion. She believes that your workouts should be tailored to the specific and individual needs of each client. No two clients are trained the same! It is her goal to find out not only what you can benefit to most from, but also what you enjoy so you make a life long commitment to a fitness regimen.

Bio-Mechanics Program: This program is a pain relief program. Purchase of a foam roller and a tennis ball will be required for you to do your program at home. Your commitment to daily "homework" exercises with the foam roller and tennis ball (Approx. 20-30 min. daily) is crucial to your success. The program begins with a 1hr. assessment. A written analysis and program will be given. Your exercises are taught in 3 stages: Self massage and fascia release exercise to help regenerate the affected tissues, Specific stretching exercise and as mobility is gained, strengthening movement mechanics. The 4 appointments following the assessment will be 45 minutes in length preceded by a phone consultation each week to check in and answer questions.
75 Minute Package: All packages (excluding 1 session trainings) include a Fitness Assessment and Consultation followed by a tailored workout. Each session will be 75 minutes in length. Sessions are unique and will provide a plan that you can continue to utilize after your time with your trainer is completed. Sessions are designed to educate individuals on safety, proper technique and what to do when you are working out on your own.
60 Minute Package: All packages listed below are designed to provide you with supervised workouts with a trainer. Each session will be 60 minutes in length. For those looking for a good workout, but have enough knowledge to go on after the sessions have been completed, this is for you! Break through the plateau and mix it up with the help and knowledge of Lesli.
