Salt Lake County is the Collaborative Applicant for the HUD CoC Grant. This role involves coordination of project applications, project rankings, and the collaborative application. Materials related to the FY2017 HUD CoC Competition are provided below:
To support increased transparency and solicit feedback from the SLC CoC membership, the Collaborative Applicant (Salt Lake County) is posting a draft of the Collaborative Application. If you have any comments on this draft, please forward them to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org. Comments will be reviewed until 9/22 at 5pm MDT.
To meet requirements outlined in the NOFA, no later than Tuesday, September 26, the Collaborative Applicant will post all parts of the CoC Consolidated Application, including the CoC Application attachments and the Priority Listing.
