Harmonie is an AFAA certified Personal trainer and Group fitness instructor. Harmonie has been teaching group fitness and doing personal training since 2007. She loves to share the love of exercise and all the benefits that it offers. She has found determination, satisfaction, and joy in helping clients get off plateaus and helping them look at nutrition and exercise in a positive way.
A top priority is to instill a lifelong love of activity, to recognize all the benefits, not only in the gym and your clothing size, but in your way of life. Kameron has been with Salt Lake County Parks and Recreation since August 2004. While working for the county, Kameron has done many youth personal training camps, along with working in the fitness room motivating patrons to reach their fitness goals
Kameron has also instructed many strength and conditioning clinics across the country. He is currently living in Riverton with his wife. He takes pride in helping all types of people accomplish their goals

Mitzi Enger is an ACE certified Personal Trainer, she is passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals. Mitzi is known among clients and associates for creating fun, challenging and result driven workouts. She received her Bachelors degree from the University of Utah in Exercise and Sports Science and recently became certified as an INSANITY LIVE instructor for Beach Body. Mitzi thrives in a group setting-pushing her clients further than they were capable. She also enjoys the one on one interaction that Personal Training offers. Mitzi leads outdoor and indoor boot camps from Salt lake City down to Herriman and teaches INSANITY in Sandy.
Mitzi is married to her best friend Chris and is a mother of four beautiful children. Other interests of Mitzi includes playing tennis and volleyball, racing in many events including Ragnar. She loves fine cuisine, crafting, and hiking.
