High Intensity Intervals using the water for resistance followed by intervals of rest this type of training works both the aerobic and anaerobic systems of the body to help you achieve your optimum fitness level.

- Tuesdays at 9:00-10:00 AM w/ Charity
- Thursdays at 7:00-8:00 PM w/ Charity
