You will be shown how to adjust the settings, understand the principles behind weight lifting and proper body mechanics, and how to start a training program. You will also receive a workout logbook to get started!
Pre-registration (24 hours) and parental signature required. Wear comfortable, loose fitting gym clothing and have fun!
