If you take this orientation, you will then be able to take advantage of this great facility. This class will teach you everything you need to know about our cardiovascular equipment and weight machines. You will be shown how to adjust the setting, understand the principles behind weight lifting and proper body mechanics and how to start a training program.
You must be at least 16 years old to use our fitness room, track, and attend group fitness classes. However, 14 and 15 years, who become "certified", are eligible to use the fitness room, track, and attend group fitness classes.
Pre-registration (24 hours) and parental signature required. Wear comfortable, loose fitting gym clothing and have fun!
