A vigorous yoga class made more safe for people in their later years. We will be focusing on creating stability and strength through more daily life movements rather than extreme or overly repetitive, joint strenuous yoga poses. Although this class is probably more for seniors, it can be an excellent class for people even in their 50s and younger. It's yoga for strong healthy movement as we get old.
