To educate refugees about home care in order to promote healthy home hygiene and prevent eviction.
Over the course of 3 to 6 months, the participant will be taught proper home hygiene and receive one-on-one consultation within their own homes. The curriculum and consultation process will be presented in the resident’s native language and in a culturally appropriate manner.
This will provide participants with the tools they need to succeed in a relatable context. At the end of the course, participants will be maintaining their homes within landlord standards - preventing eviction as well as promoting clean & healthy homes.
This project is not accepting new applications at this point.
