Krewes Across the County are Anxious to Experience an Evening of Mardi Gras Revelry at the County Library
SALT LAKE COUNTY, UT – The County Library and King Marcus III are bringing true Mardi Gras spirit to the Library’s Viridian Event Center on Saturday, February 25. First announced the last part of January, the free Gala “sold out” within days; approximately 300 adults are expected to attend.
Revelers will have the opportunity to immerse in true New Orleans style while sampling traditional fare, enjoying live music and dancing, parade floats, and more. Costumes and masks are encouraged, though not required. A coronation ceremony, adorning the King or Queen of Salt Lake's Mardi Gras, will take place at the Gala.
