How old do you have to be to participate in activities?

With every program offered, there is an age range for individuals who are able register. We offer programs for most age ranges. The age range is determined by the Adaptive Recreation Coordinator based on the appropriateness of the activity.

How do I register for a program or activity?

There are a couple of ways this can be done.

The first option: register online (choose the recreation center that is going to be running the program, then choose the program from the list of activities).

The second option: register in person.  Each program flyer will give detailed instructions on how and where to register.

Do you have to live in Salt Lake County to participate in the adaptive programs?
