Due to the high number of participants you must sign up for the TRX class ONE DAY in advance during business hours. It will be on a first call first serve basis. For the Monday night class you must call on Saturday. To sign up call Copperview at 385-468-1515.
This class is designed to build total body strength and muscular endurance. TRX Suspension Training is a new approach to exercise that leverages one’s own body weight and the force of gravity and is designed to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and core stability. The exercise utilizes a system of straps, buckles, and grips (called a “suspension trainer”) that allows the user to work against their own body weight. TRX training engages the core on every exercise in addition to providing some cardio fitness in every workout. TRX Suspension Training is offered in small group training format.
A unique system of breathing practices, proper alignment, physical poses/posture to improve overall strength, endurance, flexibility, body awareness, balance, and meditation to equilibrate your mind, body, and spirit.
This high energy class combines Latin and international music with Latin dance forms such as salsa, meringue, cumbia, samba, etc. making the exercise more fun.
