Class Descriptions

Core & More Jump start your day with working your core muscles. Balls, bosus, bands and mat work will be used. We will also be working on flexibility and stretching during the class.

This high energy class combines Latin and international music with Latin dance forms such as salsa, meringue, cumbia, samba, etc. making the exercise more fun.

This class is designed to build total body strength and muscular endurance. TRX Suspension Training is a new approach to exercise that leverages one’s own body weight and the force of gravity and is designed to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and core stability. The exercise utilizes a system of straps, buckles and grips (called a “suspension trainer”) that allows the user to work against their own body weight. TRX training engages the core on every exercise in addition to providing some cardio fitness in every workout. TRX Suspension Training is offered in small group training format.

An athletic based cardio and strength training class of timed segments, set up in stations designed to move the body in all planes of motion. The multi-muscle exercises at each station use a wide variety of equipment.

A unique system of breathing practices, proper alignment, physical poses/posture to improve overall strength, endurance, flexibility, body awareness, balance, and meditation to equilibrate your mind, body, and spirit.

Above the Barre This class will challenge and sculpt your body with  low impact movement. It will leave your muscles long, lean and toned. This workout is great fro anyone with risk of overuse injuries by allowing you to work within your own range of motion. It's intense but we encourage you to join us no matter your skill or fitness level. Work barefoot for best results but socks or shoes will work as well.
