Class Name       Class Description                                              
Above the Barre A fusion of the best of ballet, strength, yoga and Pilates. This class will leave your muscles long, lean, toned while defining your shape.
Bootcamp You will burn fat and build muscle from the beginning to the end of class. This class is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility and functional movement patterns.
Pilates Improve flexibility and strength through core training. Focus on concentration, control breathing and balance. All fitness levels welcome.
Spin Cycle through hills, sprints and high intensity internal. Riders are set to blast fat to upbeat music and build muscle by incorporating resistance and speed training as well as an upper body workout.
Ripped Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometric, Endurance, Diet. Feel the energy and strength go through the roof. This class is a one stop body shop.
TRX Bodyweight exercise system that develops your strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Class is limited to 8
Zumba Latin-inspired dance fitness class based on internal training. Ditch the workout, join the party and burn 600+ calories per hour. Toning uses weighted "maracas" during the first portion of class.
Yoga An opportunity for professionals at all levels to explore a dynamic practice based alignment cultivating greater endurance, strength and flexibility. Students will be challenged to support a playful way to reach beyond their perceived limitations.
