This class is a combination of how to effectively work with foam rollers, as well as how to utilize some physical therapy and yoga elements to prevent common injuries. Therapeutic rollers can help release tension in connective tissue and work out knots in tight muscles as well as Prevent injury by strengthening core muscles, reducing muscular imbalances, releasing tension in over used muscles, and practicing balance.
