It began as a pilot project in the Mayor’s Office in the spring of
2016. We started with small, in collaboration with division leadership and data

In our ongoing effort to be more
efficient, effective, and accountable, the MIMs pilot phase was an excellent
first step. But the time has come to transform MIMs from a pilot project to a
full-blown operational program countywide, with increased structure, training,
resources, and support.
