Expungement Day - April 28, 2021

On April 28, 2021, Salt Lake County Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice Initiatives in partnership with the Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office, Utah State Courts, the Utah Department of Public Safety, and volunteer attorneys from the Utah State Bar will host a free remote Expungement Day event. Volunteer attorneys will be available to:

• assist participants in determining their eligibility for an expungement,
• help with filling out the paperwork to begin this process, and
• discuss other options with those not immediately eligible to expunge their records.
