Overview
Criminal Justice Services (CJS) is a division of the Salt Lake County Department of Human Services. Our services are client focused and are based on research and targeted to promote accountability, address risk to our community, and achieve behavior change. CJS consists of four programs: Pretrial Services, Reports and Assessment Services, Probation, and Specialty Courts.
