Accessibility:
▪ If you cannot get into your existing Data Services account and you purchased data in 2023 or later, please email RE-DataServices@slco.org.
▪ If you purchased a $5 Token for 24-Hours of access and cannot get logged in, make sure you are using the "$5 Purchase and Login" page to sign in and you are entering the email and invoice number of your purchase. For assistance please email the above address.

Payment:
▪ Payment for Data Services is exclusively online by credit or debit card.

New Accounts:
▪ If you only need occasional access to Data Services, consider using the $5 24-Hour Login option. You will receive login credentials valid for 24 hours from time of purchase.
▪ If you would like consistent access to Data Services and the ability to order copies that are unavailable online, consider Purchasing Data Packages. You will be set up with a new account and receive login credentials that are valid until you exceed the limit of purchased data. Data purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
