eConnect Flash Submission Guidelines
eConnect Flash is distributed countywide every Monday. Submissions may include events, classes, retirements, division initiatives, and updates from all areas of the county.
- Submissions of a personal nature, except retirements, will not be posted
- Only SLCo or SLCo-sponsored events and initiatives will be accepted
- Submissions must be timely and current
Submissions must include:
- One square 150x150 pixel image
- Image caption/announcement title that is 10 words or less
- A PDF or website URL to link to the post
- Desired dates for the announcement to run (Limit three weeks)
Submissions are due by noon on Wednesday for distribution the following Monday. Late, incomplete, or inaccurate submissions will not be posted. Send submission requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
