Please use the New Construction Project Probable Cost Estimate Form for any new building, replacement, addition, or major renovation.  These projects typically involve the pursuit of LEED Gold certification or high-performance building standards.  They also involve major building systems – mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.  A design professional will be involved during the programming, design, bidding, and construction.

Maintenance / Remodel Probable Cost Estimate:

Please use the Maintenance/Remodel Project Probable Cost Estimate for smaller renovations, remodeling, maintenance, energy studies and equipment replacement projects.  These projects often involve a design professional, specialized consultant, facilities’ shops, or small project contractor.  They typically involve one or more major building systems – mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.  While these projects do not typically involve LEED Certification, they may involve high performance building standards.
