Things to know before you order

• The nameplate is the hardware that houses the name insert
• The insert is the printed sheet with name and title information.
• Since the latest building signage effort is new, most employees will initially need to order a nameplate and an insert.
• Hardware that must be mounted on glass will include additional $2 fee.
• If you are placing an order for multiple nameplates and inserts, contact  workrequest@slco.org.
