On-Site Fueling Stations

Salt Lake County Equipment and Vehicles can be fueled at one of our 5 fueling stations throughout the County at a lower cost.

Wex Fuel Card

Each County vehicle may also be fueled at commercial fueling stations using the WEX fuel card.

Authorization is Required to Fuel

To request authorization to fuel, the following 2 forms need to be emailed to Fleet Management.

Wex Fuel Card

• Use your Employee ID # (EIN) when the pump prompts you for an ID
• Always use the Wex Card assigned to the County vehicle being used.

The Wex Fuel Card may be used at:

• Any Sinclair fueling location
• Any retail fueling site that accepts the Wex Fuel Card

• You can also download the Smart Phone app (the website above)
