Vaccine for Children 5-11

Salt Lake County Health Department offers the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to children 5 to 11 years old. There is NO COST for the vaccine.
Booster: The FDA has approved boosters for this population but the CDC has not yet; we expect the CDC to make their recommendation on Thursday, May 19. We will update this page with the current status on that day.
For a Salt Lake County Health Department location listed below, you may make an appointment online or by calling 385-468-7468.
You may also bring children 5 to 11 years old to a location listed below without an appointment, though your wait for service may be longer. Please note the hours listed for each location.
A parent or guardian must be physically present for a child to be vaccinated.
