Who We Are:

As a part of Salt Lake County’s Health Department, Healthy Lifestyles launched in 1990 as a program dedicated to helping employees thrive in creating a healthy work-life balance. Today, we are an award-winning employee wellness program whose mission is to create a culture of holistic wellness through collaboration and innovative prevention and awareness opportunities. We educate and empower SLCo employees to engage in sustainable healthy lifestyle behaviors.
