WellSteps is an online program used to help track monthly health habits. Once a month users will log in to record;

  • Physical Activity
  • Healthy Eating
  • Wellness Screenings
  • Bonus Activities
  • Programs & Events

How to log into

  1. Login: (EIN or EIN+1 if spouse or adult designee)
  2. Password: (first name, lowercase)

How to Earn Points in WellSteps:

Physical Activity

Each month you have the option of checking off three physical activity exercises. The three include:

  • being physically active at least 60 min. each week
  • engaging in 10 minutes of strength-training exercises at least 4 times a month
  • either parking farther away, taking the stairs, or going for a 15 min walk at least once a month

The maximum value that you can receive for "Physical Activity" is 20 Points.


Receive up to 20 points a month for consuming 8 cups of water at least 3 out of the 7 days a week and by making 4 of your meals a week half fruits and vegetables. Find out what counts as a serving!


This section contains a variety of options for you to choose from including:

  • wearing your seat belt each time you ride in a car
  • attending and completing a "Living Well with Chronic Conditions" or "Just Health" Class
  • bonus activities each month to make up points
  • Performing self-breast exams or self-testicular exams

There is also an option to check off program activities when you complete them! *You do NOT need to upload verification.  Fill out the online completion survey sent out with each program and check off the activity on wellsteps. It will show as “pending” until the completion survey is sent to wellsteps from Healthy Lifestyles. 

The maximum value that you can receive for "Other" is 220 points.

Screenings and Check Ups

All possible medical exams for the year will be listed on WellSteps to be checked off when completed.(This is the only section that you can upload your Healthy Lifestyles medical forms or your Explanation of Benefits straight to WellSteps as another option to submit verification.)

Others ways to submit your verification include:

  • Interoffice Mail: Send via courier to Healthy Lifestyles – GC S2-600 
  • Drop Box: Drop off your forms to our drop box located at S2-500 Once verified, your points will be added to your account.

The maximum value that you can receive for "Screening and Check Ups" is 305 points.
