December - Finding Your Why
Finding our purpose in life is crucial to our wellbeing. Some people grow up with an unwavering sense of purpose and find it early in life. Others will have a more fluid purpose and their definition will change as they grow and experience life. No matter how you find your purpose; purpose helps us find meaning and motivation in life.
November - Color Your Palate
This month we want you to focus on honoring your body and your hunger. Instead of subtracting specific items from your eating routine we simply want to encourage you to add more nutrient dense foods.
