Men's Health Week
June 14th through the 18th is focused on issues facing men's health.
3 Good Things Challenge: May 10th to 24th
Starting on May 10th, Healthy Lifestyles is challenging you to reflect on positive thoughts/events within your life. Find 3 Good Things that took place each day and write them down, say them out loud, or tell them to someone. Log your progress in WellSteps and earn 15 Points!
March Into May
March Into May is a 6-week team challenge. Teams of 3 - 10 walkers and solo walkers are invited to participate. The goal is to walk an average of 7,000 to 10,000 steps a day to meet the CDC's physical activity guidelines. This is a friendly competition with divisions based on similar activity levels.
