Tuesdays from September 21st to November 9th at 3:00 to 4:00 PM.
Maximum of 30 participants - first come, first serve.
Resilient You Now
Resilient You Now is our newest WellSteps program that teaches new ways to respond and cope with hardships. The program will run from August 9th to September 26th. Earn 50 points by completing at least 75% of the program.
1. Log-in to WellSteps each week beginning August 9th to learn and use resilient skills.
2. Complete the Resilient You Now post-survey.
3. Earn 50 Points!
Healthy Hydration challenge is to drink 64 oz. of water before drinking any other kind of beverage for two weeks. Participants will report their progress in WellSteps under Campaigns for each day the task is completed to receive credit.
Water has numerous benefits. Making ice water your beverage of choice will reduce calories, balance body fluids, and improve function of your muscles, kidneys, and digestion. To make things more challenging, try giving up all other beverages.
Challenge: July 12th to July 23rd
Wrap-up week: July 26th to August 1st
15 Healthy Lifestyles Points
June 1st to June 30th
Complete a Bingo pattern, a line with 5 activities in a diagonal, horizontal, or vertical line, and earn 20 Healthy Lifestyles points! OR Complete a blackout and receive 40 Healthy Lifestyles points plus be entered into a drawing to be one of two grand prize winner.
Participants will have between July 1st and July 16th to record points in the Summer Bingo Post-Survey.
Men's Health Week
June 14th through the 18th is focused on issues facing men's health.
3 Good Things Challenge: May 10th to 24th
Starting on May 10th, Healthy Lifestyles is challenging you to reflect on positive thoughts/events within your life. Find 3 Good Things that took place each day and write them down, say them out loud, or tell them to someone. Log your progress in WellSteps and earn 15 Points!
March Into May
March Into May is a 6-week team challenge. Teams of 3 - 10 walkers and solo walkers are invited to participate. The goal is to walk an average of 7,000 to 10,000 steps a day to meet the CDC's physical activity guidelines. This is a friendly competition with divisions based on similar activity levels.
