Mindful Mondays

Join us for 15-minute LIVE Mindful Monday sessions the first Monday of the month at Noon. 

Research shows that individuals and workplaces that practice mindfulness regularly see a decrease in feelings of stress and anxiety. 

From mindful breathing meditations to gratitude meditations, Mindful Mondays encourage us to live in the present and focus on the now. 

Mindfulness is about maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and surrounding environment in an accepting way.
