Additional Services

The Salt Lake Valley Coalition to End Homelessness will be responsible for oversight of the Continuum of Care. To read more about the transition and to apply for membership, please find more information here.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) established the Continuum of Care (CoC) Program to:

• Promote a community‐wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness
• Provide funding for efforts to quickly re‐house individuals and families who are homeless, which minimizes the trauma and dislocation caused by homelessness
• Promote access to and effective use of mainstream programs
• Optimize self‐sufficiency among individuals and famil

Free problem solving help with housing, landlord/tenant issues, small claims court, divorce/custody/child support, domestic violence issues, and Workforce Services benefits. Anyone can attend. Meet with volunteers from Utah Legal Services and University of Utah College of Lay on a walk in basis.

90 gallon free storage bin | a long-term storage option for individuals experiencing homelessness. Clients need to check-in, in person, at least once a week to keep their bins.
