Spice Kitchen Incubator

Spice Kitchen Incubator is run by the International Rescue Committee (IRC) and Salt Lake County. The program aims to teach refugees and others how to start their own successful restaurants. The goal is to support people who have an interest in launching their own food businesses.

Spice Kitchen Incubator ensures participants get the training and tools needed to succeed. The program provides participants with technical assistance and affordable access to commercial kitchen space. These are important aspects for those wanting to create a thriving food business.

Salt Lake County's Office of New Americans helped guide the vision, leadership, and investment to create the project. We continue to play a supporting role to the IRC in the operation of the program.
