SALT LAKE COUNTY, Utah–Celebrate día de los niños with live music, piñatas, crafts and more family friendly activities at the County Library’s annual Kids Fiesta celebration.

“Our community is home to people of so many different backgrounds, so it’s a great honor to be able to celebrate each other for día de los niños,” Librarian Angie Wager said. “I’m excited to see so many faces united in celebration for our little ones.”

Kids and families will have the opportunity to experience multiple cultures, traditions and crafts from around the globe. The celebration is scheduled to begin at 11 am on Saturday, April 27, at the Library’s Viridian Event Center.

El día de los niños culminates yearly in April to recognize children and families while emphasizing the importance of literacy for individuals of all linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
