Junior Jazz

JUNIiRJAzz

Learn and improve basketball skills, build friendships, and practice great sportsmanship.

Junior Jazz players also practice principles of respect, leadership, kindness, and positivity.

 

Rookie League/K–2nd Grade:

Learn the basics of basketball in this staff-led activity.

Scrimmages held during practice times.

*$60/PERSON

Recreation League/3rd–8th Grade:

Build on basketball basics with volunteer coach-led practices.

Games held at local recreation centers and school gyms with trained youth officials.

*$70/PERSON

High School League/9th–12th Grade:

Compete at the recreation level with volunteer coach-led practices.

Games held at local recreation centers and school gyms with certified officials.

*$75/PERSON

Teams/5th–8th Grade:

Youth wanting to play on the same team of 5–10 players must provide the coach’s name on the registration.

Games held at various locations throughout Salt Lake County with certified officials.

*$75/PERSON

 

Once all leagues and teams are established, a team huddle will be scheduled where team members gather to meet their coach and teammates, pick up their jersey, and participate in their first practice.

 

*Community Access Rates (CAR) are available for individuals in certain areas of the county
