Phase I of the 62-acre Park includes 28 acres of amenities: one multi-purpose field, an inclusive destination playground and splash pad, walking paths, restrooms, pavilions, parking, and a maintenance facility. S&L Incorporated is the general contractor for Phase I and G. Brown: Design, Inc. is the landscape architectural firm that designed the park. Funding for the park is provided by the 2016 ZAP 3 Parks & Recreation Bond. Future phases of construction will be completed once additional funding is secured.
