Millcreek Canyon is a beautiful mountain canyon area in the Wasatch Mountains just minutes from the Salt Lake Valley. There are reservable group picnic sites available as well as several non-reservable picnic tables throughout the canyon. Group picnic areas may be reserved from June 1 through September 30. Reservations begin the first business day in January.
There is no reserved parking in the canyon. However, group picnic site reservations include vehicle passes which will allow you and your guests to leave the canyon without paying at the toll booth.
Summer hours are from 8 am-10 pm, and fires are allowed in fire rings and grill stands unless fire restrictions are applicable.
