Jail Programs

The Programs Division, located at our Oxbow Jail, provides education, treatment, and vocational training to qualified, non-violent prisoners. Working cooperatively with community partners to facilitate reintegration and reduce recidivism while increasing community safety within Salt Lake County with programs such as the Horticulture Program and Life Skills.
