My goal every session is to help my clients learn HOW and WHAT they can do in the gym to live a healthier and more fulfilled life outside of the gym! With my years in competitive athletics, I grew to be fascinated with our bodies and saw on a personal level- within my own training and teammates- what is possible! I grew passionate about helping others feel the empowerment, livelihood, and energy that comes with training with a purpose.

I will train the athlete in YOU, no matter your age and no matter where your starting point is! I believe that everyone’s body is so unique with his or her own specific needs. Whether it’s an effective program that fits in your schedule, motivation, nutritional information or support, I am there to provide it and have seen time and time again how powerful a trainer’s influence can be in results.  I also believe training should be FUN and exciting as we meet your specific goals and needs in program creation, core development, strength training, cardio endurance, and flexibility!!

My Inspire Strong Boot Camp classes are a great way to get results, enjoy the social side of working out and get the support you need to stay committed. I am also looking to fill a Small Group Personal Training Session in the gym, email me for details if you are interested.

What’s included:

Your personal training prescription will include a fitness assessment where I will thereafter be able to create a specific program for your needs as I gain knowledge of your muscle strength, muscle imbalances, movement assessments, health screens, and discuss your goals. From there we will build a program together to train and build stability in joints and the core, move into mobility and balance training, progress into strength training and if applicable, turn it up a notch into performance training. All the while you will see results and feel the difference as weight loss occurs, muscle gains are made, and your energy increases.
