Prior to joining Salt Lake County in 2014, Karen was the President and CEO for Voices for Utah Children. Over the past decade, Karen has served on numerous boards and advisory groups. She is currently the chair of the Utah Board of Juvenile Justice, a member of the Utah Intergenerational Poverty Advisory Committee, and a board member of Envision Utah.
