For Vendors

If your business or organization would like to participate in this exciting and fun day featuring health, safety, and crime prevention information, review the information below and then complete an application.

We ask that all vendors provide an interactive activity for kids.

We look forward to hearing from you and joining us as a vendor.

Move in:
Fair hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 20.
Setup is Saturday August 20, from 7:30 a.m. to  9:30 a.m.
Everything needs to be setup by 9:30am. The bike helmet giveaway begins at 10:00am. Families might be coming around to booths at that time. The focus is on health, safety, and wellness. Please have a kid friendly activity based on this theme. Your booth area needs to be staffed during the entire event.

Vehicle Requirements:
Display vehicles (e.g., fire trucks, police cars, command centers) will be located in the designated parking area next to quad.

Move out:
Teardown will begin after 4:00 p.m. Please wait until the end of the fair to tear down.

Safety Information:
There is no requirement for a smoke detector, BUT all tents/canopies over 100 sq. feet should have a fire extinguisher and no smoking sign.

No hazardous material of any kind. All booths must meet safety and fire regulations. The fire marshal or authorized agent reserves the right to confiscate or demand removal of any exhibit material not meeting regulations.
