Boards and Commissions

Boards and Commissions are integral to the function of Salt Lake County. Citizens volunteer their time and expertise to provide meaningful input to county leaders. On average, they serve three-year terms and are appointed by the mayor, the county council, or both.  Boards might be policy or advisory-based in function.
