Signage for Your Salt Lake County Business

The Utah Indoor Clean Air Act (UICAA) requires all businesses to post a No Smoking sign at each entrance. You are welcome to create your own signs as long as they meet UICAA signage requirements, or you may use the form below to order our free signage.

We are only able to serve locations in Salt Lake County. If your business is outside Salt Lake County, please contact your local health department for assistance.
