No. Salt Lake County Real Estate is an internal service. We only provide services to Salt Lake County Agencies, Departments & Divisions. If a property owner has a question about a property that is owned by Salt Lake County then Real Estate will be the Division that provides information and assistance.

Not always. The Assessor Parcel viewer map is only used for Taxing purposes. Agencies that are not taxable will often times show up as Null, Void, or unlabeled. This simply indicates that the parcel is not being assessed a tax.
