Daniel Stergios graduated in 2018 with his B.A. in Film and Media Arts, Animation and now works at Salt Lake County as the Grant and Communications Coordinator for the Zoo, Arts, and Parks (ZAP) Program. His focus is to help promote and help build capacity for arts and cultural organizations. Prior to his current position at ZAP he was a ZAP intern, and also worked at Salt Lake County under the Small Business Impact Grant program, the University of Utah College of Fine Arts, and Spy Hop Productions.

As a self-identified polymath, he strives to be a lifelong learner with a variety of interests. Outside of the office, he enjoy learning about mental health and environmentalism, and activities including reading, hiking, and photography. One of his goals is to travel to 5 out of the 7 continents before he’s 30, and has a list of destinations which only continues to grow.
