Sunday Anderson Westside Senior Center provides opportunities for people, over the age of 60, to improve their talents, enrich their minds, give service in the community, develop meaningful friendships, and help maintain physical health through good nutrition and exercise.
We consider the center a place where participants can be involved in an abundance of classes and special activities. Classes are as diverse as Pickle Ball, Ping Pong and Personal Healthcare to Karaoke, Name that Tune and English as a Second Language.
For those wanting to explore their creative side, the center offers opportunities in art, such as, Ceramics and Bunka Crafting. We are proud of our health and exercise programs which include; EnhanceFitness, Tai Chi, Line Dancing, U of U Exercise Class and Creative Movement Dance Class. We also welcome those who prefer individual improvement, to visit our workout room. Games are a hit at the center have captured our participant's hearts, which includes, Card Games, Billiards, Wii games, Bunco, Pinochle, and Bingo. If you have a love for books, come enjoy our multiple books available for borrowing, along with delving in to different worlds of discussions in our Book Club.
