Salt Lake County Health Department does not regulate the following businesses.
Please contact the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food about:

  • Grocery stores
  • Butchers
  • Bakeries
  • Other food manufacturing or processing establishments

You  may use the form below to report a problem in a restaurant, deli, cafe, food truck, cafeteria, caterer, concession stand, convenience store, food booth, or other business that prepares or serves food.
